Information we collect
When you contact us or place an order, we receive information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, event details, personalisation requests and shipping address.

How we use your information
We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange events, fulfil orders and communicate about your booking or purchase. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and payments
Our website is hosted by Wix. Purchases made through our Square checkout links are processed by Square. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We may receive order and payment-status information, but we do not receive your full payment card details.
We share information with service providers when needed to operate our business, deliver orders or meet legal obligations.

Cookies and website information
Wix and embedded services may use cookies and collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, to operate and secure the website. We have not added Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising trackers. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls available on this website.

Keeping your information
We retain information as needed to handle enquiries, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it, although no online system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
